Individual Therapy Intensives

For when coping isn’t cutting it anymore.

You’ve worked hard to keep it all together. Maybe you’ve done therapy before—or you’ve read the books, journaled your heart out, and shown up for everyone around you.

But something’s still stuck.

Whether it’s unresolved trauma, burnout, a painful life transition, or the quiet ache of feeling emotionally disconnected, you’re ready for more than just insight. You want actual change.

That’s what a therapy intensive is designed for.

What is a Therapy Intensive?

An intensive is a focused, extended session—usually half-day or full-day—designed to help you move through something that’s too big, complex, or urgent for the slow pace of weekly therapy. It’s deep work in a protected container, guided by a therapist trained in trauma, attachment, and nervous system regulation.

We don’t chip away at the surface over months. We go in gently but powerfully—so you can get unstuck and start moving forward.

Our Approach: Integrated & Individualized

Each therapy intensive is tailored to you—your story, your needs, your goals. During your consultation session, we’ll design a plan that draws from:

Attachment-Focused EMDR

We reprocess painful experiences through the lens of your early relationships, helping you create new emotional pathways that support trust, connection, and resilience.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

We explore and care for the parts of you that have been protecting, performing, or avoiding for years—creating space for healing, integration, and self-leadership.

Brainspotting

We access the deeper, nonverbal layers of trauma stored in your body and nervous system, using visual and somatic cues to unlock profound release and transformation.

These approaches are gentle, powerful, and grounded in both neuroscience and emotional attunement. They allow us to meet you where you are and work at a pace that honors your system.
