Answers about our therapy services, scheduling, fees, and what to expect — so you can take the next step with confidence.
Getting started
We offer a brief consultation so you can get a feel for our approach and ask any questions before committing to ongoing sessions. We'll listen to what's bringing you in, share how we work, and discuss which of our services might be the best fit. There's no pressure — we want this to be the right match for you.
We work well with thoughtful, high-functioning adults who understand their patterns but still feel them running the show. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm, our work is grounded in the belief that real transformation happens through honest, collaborative relationships — and clear feedback about what's working. If you're ready for structured, intentional therapy, we're ready to meet you there.
Yes — we are currently accepting new clients for both individual and couples services. We encourage you to schedule a consultation soon, as availability is limited. You can reach us by phone or text at (856) 477-3142 or use the scheduling link on our website.
We don't just talk — we track progress, strengthen connection, and make sure therapy is moving you toward a life that feels more stable, more connected, and more like you. Our work is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, meaning we help you understand how your history lives inside you now — and how to change that in ways that last. We also offer structured intensives for those who want meaningful progress without committing to open-ended weekly therapy.
Our services
We offer a range of services designed to meet you where you are: ongoing individual counseling, traditional couples therapy, individual therapy intensives, private couples intensives (The One-Day Couples Reset), premarital counseling workshops, betrayal trauma recovery, and immigration psychological evaluations. Both in-person and virtual options are available for all services.
Intensives are extended, focused sessions designed for people who want meaningful progress without committing to long-term weekly therapy. We offer both individual and couples intensives. This format creates uninterrupted space to work with patterns that don't shift in shorter sessions — often rooted in early relational experiences or complex stress. We may incorporate trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR or Brainspotting when appropriate. Intensives are ideal for high-functioning adults at important turning points who value depth, clarity, and efficiency.
The One-Day Couples Reset is our private couples intensive — a focused, extended session that gives partners the uninterrupted time to understand what's actually driving their patterns and to work with them directly. We find this format especially helpful after a betrayal, during high conflict, or when a relationship feels stuck despite effort and insight. It is private, structured, and designed for couples who value depth and lasting change without months of weekly sessions.
Yes. We offer a dedicated betrayal trauma recovery program for individuals and couples navigating the aftermath of infidelity or other trust violations. This work is structured, trauma-informed, and paced with care. We understand that healing from betrayal is not linear — and we provide a supportive, honest space for that process.
We provide comprehensive immigration psychological evaluations for individuals whose cases require clinical documentation of psychological impact — such as trauma, hardship, or separation. Our evaluations include a thorough clinical interview, relevant assessment measures when appropriate, and a detailed written report. We work closely with attorneys to ensure our reports are clear, objective, trauma-informed, and prepared to hold up under legal review. This service is handled with professionalism and care throughout.

Yes. We are in-network with Horizon BCBS, Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, and Aetna. We also offer courtesy billing for out-of-network insurance — meaning you only pay your contribution, with no need to wait for reimbursement. We file your claim for you, making the process as simple as possible.
If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, we can still submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy. You pay only your portion at the time of the session — we handle the billing directly with your insurer so you don't have to wait for reimbursement or manage the paperwork yourself. We recommend contacting your insurance company in advance to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits.
